OSME meeting.

5th July OSME meeting at the BTO HQ in Thetford. It's going to be a wet and miserable day so a good place to be.

We will have a stall there where we will be selling some merchandise (sadly all the spoonies have now been sold, more are on order though) and of course accepting sign ups for Founder Sponsorship, so, if you are in the area (BTO HQ, Thetford, Norfolk) why not come to the meeting, which will be fascinating anyway, and say hello.

We also have the opportunity to give a short presentation about Wader Quest concentrating of course on our short stay in the OSME region during our travels.

Our good friend (and Trustee of Wader Quest) David Lindo will also be there and giving one of his unmissable talks this time about his bird chasing in Israel as part of The Champions of the Flyway event earlier this year.

There will be updates about the famous tagged cuckoos, a talk about Black Larks in Kazakhstan, another about the birds of Tajikistan and yet another about the revival of the mid-winter waterbird survey of the region.

As always, with any event we attend, feel free to bring along any of that unwanted stuff you were planning to take to the charity shop and we will use it to raise funds through our own Wader Quest Mobile Charity Shop.

Looking forward to all of this and, of course, seeing you all there.
