Norfolk Bird Race announces fundraising total.

Today the organisers of the Norfolk Bird Race have announced the total raised for Wader Quest by the event. it is a magnificent 

£1,664.10

I know the team are fed up with hearing us thank them but we have been touched by their kindness, generosity and the effort that has gone into the organisation of this fantastic event.

I'm sure though that they'll indulge us just one more time when we say a 

BIG THANKS to the Norfolk Bird Race team.

2016 NORFOLK BIRD RACE: DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF MR DAVID WHITE

There will be a presentation of the cheque at the Norfolk Bird and Wildlife Fair next weekend with a short ceremony for bird racing legend David Tomlinson to present the race cup to the winning team.

These ceremonies will follow the Wader Quest talk entitled 'The Endemic Waders of New Zealand' scheduled for 1:45 Sunday 22nd May.
